1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tracknit, creating an account, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Services Provided

Tracknit provides a subscription-based digital library offering royalty-free music, sound effects, and audio tracks ("Content") for use in digital media projects.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
• Subscription Plans: Access to the Content library is granted on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing cycles.

4. Content License & Usage Rights

• Grant of License: Subject to active subscription payment and compliance with these Terms, Tracknit grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to synchronize Content into your personal or commercial video, podcast, or digital content projects ("End Works").
• Validity of Cleared Content: Content downloaded and published in End Works during an active subscription remains cleared perpetually, even if your subscription ends.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not:
  • Resell, re-license, redistribute, or sub-license the standalone audio files.
  • Claim ownership, copyright, or performance rights to any Content.
  • Use Content in standalone music tracks, audiobooks, or digital music streaming platforms (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music) as primary music releases.
  • Use Content in connection with illegal, defamatory, or hateful material.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content, trademarks, logos, and platform software remain the exclusive property of Tracknit and its licensors. No copyright ownership is transferred to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and Content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tracknit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
